VISTA MANUFACTURING ACQUIRES LOCAL PLASTICS COMPANY

ELKHART, IN, May 17 — Vista Manufacturing, Inc. has acquired American Vinyl & Rubber, Inc. (AVR) and will rename the division Vista Plastics, LLC.

“We were looking for an acquisition to vertically integrate, diversify, and grow leaders from within Vista,” said Tod Tieszen, CEO of Vista. “Our mission can spread to more and more team members through organic growth and acquisitions like this one.”

Vista will hire new staff members, promote existing employees, and move some team members to leadership roles within Vista Plastics. They will also expand into a new manufacturing market, supply their own plastic extrusions, and offer these products to existing customers.

Vista’s main goal with the acquisition will be to perform at AVR’s current level and provide a seamless transition for AVR customers.

“AVR is a small company, but they have been a phenomenal partner with their customers,” Tieszen said. “We will work diligently to provide American Vinyl customers with the same kind of support that (AVR owners) Bernie & Sara Fassler have provided all these years.” 

Vista Plastics will be located at 5023 Green Court, Elkhart, Indiana 46516.
